Aw, I don’t need a business plan, I’ll learn as I go.
We find too often that without a vision, a mission and a plan the business can fail. After creating a business plan you find that the business is not doable. Starting a venture is serious.
A business plan is a road map. It’s a living document.
All the things you put in a business plan will be your mission, your purpose, all of your thoughts, ideas, plans, etc, and they will change as you grow.
But at first, the business plan will help you ask the serious questions that you don’t like.

Filling out a plan does not have to be in order.
Fill out as much as you can and then go back and fill out the areas that need help.
Something to think about is how much time are you willing to devote to this endeavor?
This will be a full-time job on top of what you are doing already. Are you willing to give up your time and money for this venture?
I know that this is your baby and you want it to be unique to you BUT sometimes you’re not the only one doing this. Perhaps partner with an organization that is already doing something similar or can augment what you are doing.
