All too often we find that clients and ourselves asking questions and making statements in emails non-descriptive words like "this", "it", and "that". SLGD tries to make a point to be descriptive in all communications. Not being descriptive adds more confusion and communications to determine what that, it and this is. Ex: How did this happen?
