We use Google Analytics, a free statistics tool from Google to measure your marketing efforts. Google Analytics is a very powerful statistics tool and requires a professional to make sense of it all. (FYI: we had purchased 100 licenses from Urchin before Urchin was bought by Google and became Google Analytics. We know a good thing before Google sees it.)
There are more analytics than just Google Analytics. Most all of the services that we provide have their own analytics, like FaceBook, LinkedIn, Email Marketing services, etc. We monitor these as well.
